Showcooking with tasting of Baja California dishes prepared with local products from the Delta
A unique night where cinema, cuisine, and wine are lived
Renowned chef Benito Molina invites us on an unforgettable sensory journey: reinterpreting local ingredients from the Tortosa region through the lens of Baja California’s cuisine. The result is a 4-course menu, paired with 4 wines by Hugo D’Acosta / Casa de Piedra, where each dish mirrors a stage of the film Surgencia.
The evening will be enriched with the original score of the film as a soundscape—instrumental music evoking the sea, the wind, the desert, and the earth. A visual installation with 19 artistic and photographic pieces will further immerse the audience in the narrative of the film.
A night where flavors, sounds, and images come together to tell one story: the bond between the human, the natural, and the profound.
