In southwestern Madagascar, the Mahafaly Plateau is an extremely arid land. Here, the rains fall only a few times a year. In these very difficult living conditions, the inhabitants of the small town of Ampotaka found a unique solution to store water.
The film allows the audience to discover Madagascar, the baobabs, the inhabitants of the Ampotaka region and their unique practice of using baobabs to store water. Raise awareness about water scarcity, about the links between man and nature.
