Artist Shuriiken and the Terres Festival join forces to vindicate travel and nature on World Earth Day

The Ukrainian-born young artist has designed a piece of music which has served as the basis for the Terres Festival 2022 commercial

With the premiere of this video, the Terres Festival is still in the final stages of registration for its sixth edition, which will take place from 2 to 10 September in Tortosa.

Born in Chernivtsi (southwestern Ukraine) in 2001 but settled in Ulldecona since 2004, Shuriiken has been composing urban music since he was 14 years old.
For this reason, Shuriiken has relied on his own situation during the pandemic. “He doesn’t have a specific title, so I’d rather everyone give him the title that suits him best.” With a rhythmic base that Shuriiken describes as “lively and inspiring”, the piece aims to be an invitation to enjoy nature and the natural pleasures of the Terres de l’Ebre, which Shuriiken describes as a quiet and great place to go out. and to enjoy everything it has, both for the beauty of the territory and for the people who live there ”.
For his part, the director of the Terres Festival, Santi Valldepérez, points out that this year we will celebrate World Earth Day a few days after the abolition of the use of the indoor mask. The next day is St. George’s Day… We slowly return to the streets without fear. We need to be respectful of those around us, and that’s exactly what Shuriiken’s piece is all about. “
