Rauma is an area on the northwest coast of Norway.
The municipality surrounds part of the southern end of Romsdalsfjorden and the Isfjorden and it also includes the Romsdalen valley and Romsdalsalpene mountains with Vengetindene, Romsdalshorn, Trollveggen and Trollstigen as nature attractions. In the summer, Rauma has a fairly large amount of tourist traffic. The top tourist attractions include mountain climbing/hiking, salmon fishing, driving og cycling the Trollstigen, and visit to the newly opened Romsdalsgondolen to the top of the mountain.

The area is attractive to many feature film producers, and will be part of the coming Mission Impossible film by Tom Cruise.

This film is to promote the area Rauma, Norway and to give the viewers an idea of what to find and to do in and around this large eco-friendly area where the high mountains meets the sea.
