Synopsis
In the Shimonuma district of Horonobe, Hokkaido, Mrs. Inagaki married into a temple that has served the community for 120 years. Living most of her life beside the Sarobetsu Wilderness, she became deeply enchanted by its natural beauty and dedicated herself to nature-based educational activities. Through the changing seasons, she reflects on a lifetime spent in harmony with the land.
Objectives
Promote sustainable tourism in Sarobetsu, raise awareness of the region's natural and cultural heritage, encourage visitation to northern Hokkaido.
