Synopsis
Paradero Homes | Belonging presents the first private residences by Paradero Todos Santos, an established hospitality destination in Baja California Sur. Rather than focusing on ownership or architecture alone, the film explores a way of living. Through everyday rituals, shared habits, and moments of care, it portrays a community of individuals connected by common values: a relationship with nature, an appreciation for simplicity, wellbeing, and a more intentional rhythm of life. The residences are presented not as the destination itself, but as the setting where these values can continue to unfold. The film reflects on the idea that belonging is not defined by property, age, or status, but by the people with whom we choose to share our time, our environment, and our way of living.
Objectives
The primary objective of the film was to introduce Paradero Homes as the first residential offering connected to the Paradero hospitality experience. Rather than promoting the residences through traditional real estate messaging, the project sought to communicate the culture, values, and daily rituals that define the community surrounding them. The film positions the residences as an extension of an existing way of life—one shaped by care, connection to nature, wellbeing, and meaningful human relationships. Its purpose was to communicate not only where people live, but how they choose to live.
