Dans Le Ciel de Paris, France, 2025 (13’)
On April 15, 2019, we were in shock… Notre-Dame de Paris caught fire, its structure burning, as we watched helplessly as its famous spire fell. A wave of unprecedented generosity quickly followed the disaster, aiming to rebuild one of the symbols of the City of Light.
The day after the fire, Groupama, the third largest private forest owner with 22,000 hectares of forest, decided to contribute to the collective effort through the timber industry and committed to donating oaks from its Conches Forest in the Eure region. Aged between 160 and 180 years, these trees will be used to rebuild the structure and Viollet-le-Duc’s spire thanks to restoration work carried out by craftsmen and builders, some of whom came from far away, using the original techniques.
Groupama is very proud to have contributed to rebuilding the structure and the spire, donating around thirty oaks, the oldest of which date back to the time when Viollet-le-Duc designed the spire.

Caleb: Beyond the Bite, South Africa, 2024 (7’)
Caleb: Beyond the Bite is an emotional short film following award-winning South African actor, para-athlete, and shark attack survivor Caleb Swanepoel. After losing a leg to a great white shark in 2015, Caleb returns to the ocean at Aliwal Shoal, KwaZulu-Natal, to swim with sharks for the first time since the incident.
The film explores his journey of loss, resilience, and understanding as he reconnects with the animal that changed his life. Released as part of an ongoing national campaign called Sharks Under Attack, it aims to challenge negative perceptions of sharks, inspire respect, and advocate for their protection in South Africa.

Tagliamento – King of The Alpine Rivers, Austria, 2025 (51’)
At the dawn of civilization, Western Europe was a primordial world. High mountains, dark valleys, marshy plains, and estuaries shaped the lives of the few humans who sought refuge in this truly wild land. Today, almost every corner of this terrain resonates with the presence of our modern world. True wilderness has receded, diminished, and disappeared. Forests were conquered, and rivers tamed.
In the northeastern corner of Italy, a 170 km watercourse still asserts its right to flow freely through alpine valleys and alluvial forests to the sea. In fact, the Tagliamento is a river like no other. The mountains and valleys of its hybrid system still resonate with the calls of rare and iconic animals. Here, wolves, lynxes, and jackals are not just figures of ancient legends but a living presence that preserves the balance of life between predators and prey.
Its vast and unique riverbed, formed by a multitude of interwoven channels, its crystal-clear, life-filled waters, and the absence of artificial banks make the Tagliamento the last wild river in Europe. Join us and discover how pristine landscapes and resilient wildlife thrive along the Tagliamento, from its wild alpine source to the golden sands of the Adriatic Sea. All life bows to these waters because the Tagliamento is real. Indeed, this is the King of Italian rivers.
