Curbing the impact of climate change on the frozen continent, located at the southernmost tip of the planet, must mobilize not only the scientific community but also governments and society as a whole. Preserving Antarctica is a shared duty. This is the central message of the original web series Antarctica Land for All, created and produced by journalist Patrícia Azevedo. Since 2018, she has dedicated her journey to raising global awareness about the need to understand Antarctica in order to grasp its global importance and encourage its protection. Divided into 12 episodes, the series shows how Antarctica’s dynamics directly affect the global climate, influencing ocean levels and precipitation patterns, impacts that reverberate throughout South America and, consequently, Brazil.
