These children learn to control their bodies, manage fear and emotions and trust others, while also facing difficult moments and, in some cases, serious accidents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3838\" data-end=\"4187\">Beyond the technical side of castells, the documentary highlights the <strong data-start=\"3908\" data-end=\"3967\">values of community, generosity, trust and perseverance<\/strong> that are passed on within each team.
